It's almost Super Bowl time! If you have children, you may assume that they'll be bored to tears during the Super Bowl. But, it doesn't have to be that way. Over the next few days we'll be sharing fun ideas that will help your whole family enjoy the Super Bowl.
Miscellaneous Tips and Ideas
- Often times the Super Bowl half time show isn't appropriate for children. Be prepared with a movie or craft to keep your children occupied during that time.
- These football shirts are adorable and easy to make - perfect for game day.
- If you're having guests, designate a room in your home for sleeping children. Most children won't make it through the entire game, so having somewhere quiet they can sleep will be a lifesaver for parents.
- Chocolate Covered Strawberry Footballs.
- Chicken tenders (we know wings are the traditional Superbowl food, but tenders are way easier with kids!)
- If you want to get really creative, this Snackadium is a really cool option. Your kids (and all the adults) would love it!
- Superbowl Cupcakes.
- Pigs in a Blanket.
- Chips and dip (salsa, ranch dip, spinach dip, bean dip - anything your family likes).
